Katie Glynn, a very famous hockey player who is known for her determination. Overall, she has scored 77 goals and has played 134 matches in her international career.
She played for a special team called, 'Black Sticks'. She has made numerous friends throughout her hockey career. She started playing when she was five years old which amazes many people. Katie was inspired by her big brother who would always compete with her when they were young.
Her hockey experience has led her to many injuries throughout her career which lead her to resign from her favourite sport in 2016 due to her injured back that still has not healed. As a result, this made many people surprisingly shocked.
As time passed, it was time for Katie Glynn to watch the Rio Olympics 2016. She felt sad she couldn't participate but she pursued to cheer and support her team. Katie Glynn has a very important message to everyone and it is about enjoying what you would like to do and not all about fame.
