In Science today, we learnt more about the states of matter.
Firstly, our investigation began with using a magnifying glasses to examine whipped cream to decide its state of matter.
Initially, I decided it was a solid matter because it kept its shape. However, when a 10 cent coin was added, I noticed almost immediately, that the solid matter changed its form to appear more like a liquid.
As we experimented with the whipped cream, our science teacher,
Ms Gawith explained how materials altering between two states of matter, are called a colloid.
This was a new word for me, and I felt very excited about learning it.
WALHT: Write a recount about our Technicraft experiments.
