Planting a seed - 21/9/17
What you will need:
- empty yoghurt pot
- pebbles
- soil
- bucket filled ¼ with water
- something pointy and sharp (pin or compass)
- a seed you want to plant
Instructions:
1. Add small holes in the bottom of the empty yoghurt pot for a water drainage using something pointy and sharp.
2. Fill the yoghurt pot with water from the bucket to test if the drainage works. If no water comes out, add more holes.
3. Add small pebbles.
4. Fill the yoghurt pot with water again and see if the drainage works. If no water comes out, take some of the pebbles.
5. Add soil leaving a 1 centimeter space between the brim and soil level.
6. Put a seed you would like to plant, remember to plant the seed upright so it will grow straight.
7. Cover up the hole.
This is the growth of my pea plant after 1 whole week!
